Reporting an issue

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Tell us what you expected and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help if it contains no private information.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, patient records, or sensitive health information.

Account deletion and subscriptions

Open your profile in the app, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account and profile are deleted immediately with no retained profile backups. Study data is retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

For subscriptions billed by Apple, use your Apple account’s subscription settings to manage or cancel your plan. Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
